Therapy is essential, and so is good coaching — Soul Hydration is neither. It's an integrative healing journey that draws from Crystal's clinical training as a Board-Certified Psychiatric NP and her decades of ancestral, energetic, and ritual practice. It is held privately, 1:1, and shaped specifically around you.
Most importantly, this is energy-first work. We move beyond mind and body to address what's happening at the spirit and energetic level — the layer that keeps the same patterns repeating no matter how many times you "work on yourself" in other modalities.
Each month you'll have three live 1:1 sessions with Crystal (30–60 min each), receive your custom herbal support kit shipped to your door, and have ongoing support between sessions for what comes up.
You'll also work with personalized rituals and self-study materials at your own pace, and complete an assessment at intake, midpoint, and the end so you can see your progress in real, holistic terms — not just feel it.
No. The "You Are Your Own Healer" workshops are a beautiful entry point into the framework, but Soul Hydration stands fully on its own. Many clients come in cold, having only read about Crystal's work, and find their way home over six months.
If you have done the workshops, this program is the natural next step — the depth and personalization the workshop format can't reach.
No. Soul Hydration is a coaching and integrative healing program. While Crystal brings her clinical background to the work, this program does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
